This is a known issue and will be resolved in the next release. It is due to recent changes to both the login procedure and JavaScript refactor.

I am sorry for the inconvenience.

I really need the offline page to work. Is there any workaround?

All Search Engine are getting a 500 error from the offline page this is bad for SEO ranking.

Perfect, so I wait for the next update, it is an error of the system itself.

The site won't be indexed at all while it is off. So to work around this, you should finish your upgrade and turn the site back on.
