Is he the only user with the issue?

If so has he cleared all browser cache?

I have not checked it myself ecxept under windows.

There was a persistant issues with ipad users previously where the login panel would dissapear or be blank, but as far as i know those were fixed on last update.

Found this which was pretty much same symptoms but not universal, i can login/out no problem and no-one else has an issue..

Please upgrade to 5.6.0. Login was refactored to eliminate the iframe on logging in. It should be more compatible with modern security protocols and different browsers now.
