How to exempt Admin from 5 minute time limit for repeated posts

We manually approve all registrations - we have members send a specific message to the admin so we know they're real. When approving these accounts, we paste a message to them. It's the same message over and over. As admin, I was just blocked because I sent the same message and it gave me a 5 minute time limit. How can I exempt the admin account from this.

The msg is: "This post is a duplicate of a post that you have posted in the last five minutes."

There is no way to bypass the duplicate post hashing at this time. Changing the post slightly is the method I use. Even just a single character can work.

That's should have an option in permissions to exempt Admin accounts or any group you want from that. I'll post that in suggestions - thanks.
