    can't found any option to block single user receive or send pm at less I block all group

    You would have to put the user in a custom usergroup that has a PM quota of 0. vBulletin 5 doesn't provide a way for users to directly email other users.

      thanks wayne for replaying would be nice in the future VB to have a option on single user to block sending pm
      instead of have different custom usergroup for a "bad boy"

        Doing so on a per user basis was possible in vBulletin 3 and 4. It was a logistical and performance nightmare that prevented tracking down permission problems. Due to this the feature was removed. Using usergroups presents the most manageable way to do this as once you start blocking people from using features, it is never just one individual.
