Thanks Wayne, i was using my own vps, but not clue about the problem, so to fix i just pay to Vbulletin Cloud and in 1 minutes my site was up and running, thanks

Hello
i have installed vbulletin 5.5.4 PL1 on my vps all the installation was ok but when i try to go to the admincp or any url just say "The requested URL was not found on this server" and the graphic part of the foro not look ok",
i have php 7.2 and rename the .htaccess in the root folder
