Thanks Wayne, i was using my own vps, but not clue about the problem, so to fix i just pay to Vbulletin Cloud and in 1 minutes my site was up and running, thanks

yes the file name was renamed

You will have to contact your hosting provider and make sure that URL Rewrites are available on your server.

Have you renamed htaccess.txt to .htaccess

This file is in the forum root folder.

Note the period/dot at the front.

i have installed vbulletin 5.5.4 PL1 on my vps all the installation was ok but when i try to go to the admincp or any url just say "The requested URL was not found on this server" and the graphic part of the foro not look ok",
i have php 7.2 and rename the .htaccess in the root folder
