  • [Resolved] How can users delete all of their own subscriptions?

Running vBulletin 5.5.3, upgraded from 4.2.4.

I cannot find a way to allow users to delete accumulated subscriptions to channel topics.

Using the "Edit Subscribed" button in the "Subscribed" tab of the User Profile only shows subscriptions to other users - not to topics, even though subscription notifications keep appearing in the Message screen. Some users are receiving messages about new posts in "subscribed" topics, but when they visit the topic find that they are not shown as being subscribed at all.

Any ideas how to fix this?

There should be two tabs on the Subscriptions page. One for topics and labeled "Subscriptions" and the other for users and labeled "Subscribers."

They would have to unsubscribe to each one individually by clicking on the orange "Subscribed" button. There is no way for them to delete them all at once.

That answers my question, thanks. Seems like this would be a useful feature to include, though. When a user accumulates >50~100 subs, a one-click housecleaning tool would be very welcome.
