The default WYSIWYG editor has few options (such as code, html and php warp) that I like to remove. My website users will not be using them and I like to remove them from the options. Is there a way to do that?

The proper way would be to turn off groups of BB Code completely in the AdminCP under Settings -> Options -> BB Code Options.
