Most likely. Compare your 5.3.X version of /core/install/mysql-schema.php with the same file from 5.4.XTranslations provided by Google.

I thought the file "vbulletin-style.xml" will not be so much modified as it was written 2 months ago that the 5.0.0 was stable but It seems I need to restart everything.
