Installation issue on Addon domain created on namecheap hosting

  • Installation issue on Addon domain created on namecheap hosting

    Hi support,

    I purchased shared hosting on namecheap, While domain from name.com. DNS changed at name.com

    Trying to install VBulletin 5 from yesterday but no luck

    Server info from my cpanel

    Successfully created database and user with full permissions with database wizard. Followed installation instructions from here https://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/ While accessing install file showing this one error This page is not working

    https://www.sportinity.net/ is unable to handle this request HTTP Error 500

    Also no error log created. Changed name of config files at root and core/includes folder as well as .htaccess file at root level. Updated database, username and password with in core/includes/config.php

    PHP 5.6.40 is not supported by vBulletin 5.5.3. The minimum required version is PHP 7.1.

      Thanks for the reply and support, After discussing with namecheap support, Upgraded PHP version and forum installed successfully.
