Any suggestions when some users can’t access the site
I have no idea what to suggest in a situation where some users can’t access the site while others have no issues. It doesn’t seem to be browser specific. Someone just told me the message they get is “URL not configured properly”
Ask them what URL they are using to try to access the site. Are the people who can access the site and the people who can't using the same URL? Is it an http or an https URL? Is it with or without the "www?" Is it with or without the trailing forward slash? Is it the root URL or something else? You need to know these things before you have a starting point of the problem.
Sounds like a DNS error. If you have a new Domain, it can take up to 48 hours to propogate to all users of the internet. Sometimes longer if you use a specialty TLD outside of .com, .net, and .org.
