Before upgrading to vBulletin 5.4.5, did you delete all of your vBulletin 4 files? Except customavatars and attachment folders?
Don't really know what the error is though. A blank page is usually typical of a PHP error. You would need to look at the PHP Error Log on your server. This may be a file named error_log in your public_html directory. If it doesn't exist there, you will have to ask your host how to access it.
Did you encounter any errors while running the upgrade.php script?

Seems the files and/or URL rewrites are not active. This should be a valid page in vBulletin 5 - http://gsmsociety.com/forum/. It should not give a directory listing and there should not be any forum directory in the file structure.
To solve your problem more information is needed. What version did you upgrade from? What is the version of PHP that you're using? What OS and webserver is being used on the server itself?
