Issue with Language after Move to a new host

    Hello Sir,

I am moving my forum to a new host. I have done two tests:

    1) Do a clean installation and then restore back, made adjustments accordingly and everything worked well apart from Language. Urdu/Arabic characters are show as: سیپی میں دِل کی تم جو اگر ٹھیرتے کبھ

    2) Removed everything, including database, domain name everything.
    - Recreated domain name
    - restored files from Original Forum into new one, including attachments everything, including the CORECT config.php, which is working on current productive forum
    - recreated/restored database
    - configured forum urls to new
    - everything works apart from those urdu/Arabic characters. They still shows in the same way. (On my productive forum they work fine)

    Some information:
    • Server type: MariaDB
    • Server version: 10.1.37-MariaDB-0+deb9u1 - Debian 9.6
    • Protocol version: 10
    • Server charset: UTF-8 Unicode (utf8)
    • Server connection collation: utf8_general_ci
    • ALL database tables are utf8_general_ci (I changed that back when I upgraded to VB5, had similar issue back then, it was solved by putting utf8_general_ci in config.php as charset. And is working on one site but now this new).

    I have:

    ICONV enabled
    MBSTRING enabled

It seems everything look similar on both hosts.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Regards
