  • [Bug / Issue] Channel Creation Issue

Hi, I am on Vb5.4.4 (upgraded from Vb4.1.10). When i am trying to create a new channel from admin cp, The channel is only visible for admin. It's not visit to other users. I need to wait 1-2days later only the channel will be visible. May I know what should i do to make it visible as soon as i created the channel. I tried to use site builder to create channel but i got the saving error. anyone here have this experience. How to fix this? thanks

    Code:
    error_saving_channels_code

    Error information: " 500 error "

Channels should be immediately available to all users with the proper permissions.
