Set the "Skip Moderation for Posts" permission to Yes under Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager and Usergroups -> Channel Permissions.

If you're using Akismet for SPAM filtering, you would also have to set "Exempt posts from Spam checking" for each usergroup under Usergroups -> Channel Permissions. Note that these permissions are inherited from their parents unless previously customized. So you can edit the HOME channel to effect all channels on your site or apply the permissions so Forums only by editing the Forum channel. If you have previously customized permissions for a usergroup in a specific channel, you'll have to manually change the permission within that channel.
