Vbulletin 5 Connect - How to quote or reply to a reply

I'm having an issue where people can reply to comments, but there's not a way to reply to that reply.

For every comment, there are options to "quote" and "reply". But those buttons are not available for a reply that is made. Is there a setting that I'm missing that will allow this to block this?

This is by design. You simply add a further comment to the original post.

Comments are not designed to be full posts and there is no tree structure for replies to them.
