    Apply them to the .content class.

    The easiest way to see the CSS classes that affect different elements is to use a modern browser like Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. You can right-click on any element and choose "Inspect Element" from the context menu. This will show you the HTML Code, show the CSS that effects that line of code, allow you to apply custom CSS right in the browser and more.

    The border is ok but very away from header area and other below area.

    Kindly have a look on attached image you will learn that what is my requirement.

    I reckon it could be this. Add it to custom css.
    Code:
    #outer-wrapper {
        border-left: 2px solid black;
        border-right: 2px solid black;
    }
    Obviously play around with the colours, widths etc.

    May have to watch out for how it behaves on mobile screens though.

    Anyone can guide me that how I can make a border line starting from top header to bottom copyright area on both sides. I mean line on both left side and right side.
