First of all, some of context
    • vBulletin Version > 5.4.3
    • PHP Version. -> 5.6.37
    • MySQL > Version 14.14 Distrib 5.7.23
    • Any Addons installed >NO
    • Does the issue occur in a default style? > YES
    • Does the issue occur using the English language provided? > YES
    • Error message on the screen' > NO
    • Browser and Browser version used. > ALL BROWSERS
    • Did you clear the browser cache and did the error continue? >YES
    • A list of steps that can be used to recreate the issue. > N/A
    • If the issue is an Invalid Server response, the web server and PHP logs that correspond with its timestamp.> N/A

    The behaviour.
The posts / messages showed in the main forum (see attached "main forum"), not correspond with the post / messages showed within the channel / forums (see attached "in channel"). Note that 2 new updates on posts were done after the message showed in the "main page of the forum"

I'm not sure if this post is related or is s similar problem.

    Thanks in advance.
    Regards

More clues.... in other channels, doesn't appear to have the same behaviour.

    Does it have any sense?

In the AdminCP go to Settings -> Options -> Server Settings and Optimization Options. What do you have set for the following values:

Minutes to Cache Content for Guests

      Search Result Cache Lifetime

What happens if you go to Maintenance -> Clear System Cache, and then do a hard refresh (CTRL-F5 in most browsers) on the main page?

This seems work. After Clear System Cache, apparently everything works!

Is there anything bad configured?, I mean, this behaviour will come again and I will have to fire a Clear System Cache recurrently ?

        Thanks for your replies!
        Regards.

Ideally, you shouldn't have to delete the cache on a regular basis. Some server configurations do require this though. We do not have a workaround at this time. Your settings appear to be fine.

The Upgrade/Installation service isn't a repair service. Upgrading a problematic database will result in a problematic database and rarely resolves ongoing issues. Nor do I foresee this resolving your problem.

Purchasing technical support would have been a better option so we can diagnose what the problem is to begin with after accessing your server.

You should send an email to [email protected]. They can work with you on converting an upgrade purchase to support.
