Can somebody tell me why clicking this registration link error message is coming.

When I visit your site I get the proper registration page as well after clicking sign up. The URL you're linking is an activation link and is a one-time link for that specific user after they register. If they have activated, they will get that error..
Clear your browser cache. Make sure you're not blocking any vBulletin javascript on your site.Translations provided by Google.

When I click on the register link on my site, the different address goes instead of the address that should go and the site gives an error warning. How can I fix this.
