I read this yesterday: On the iPad go to Settings > Safari > Developer and activate the debug console.

Sure. They are not fixes though, unless the first one works obviously and our member hasn't got back to me yet as to whether it helped (we had tried emptying the cache but not with him logged out) anyway, here goes:

    1. Have the user log out, close the browser, empty the browser cache, and then log in again.

    2. If it continues use Safari's developer tools and get the JSON string for vBulletin to look at.
To do this open developer tools, how to explained here: https://support.apple.com/guide/safa...-sfri20948/mac and select the network tab. When the error happens, click on the entry for that page and select the response tab. This should show what the server is sending to the computer.

    3. If they are using any sort of Ad or Javascript Blocking extension, they should whitelist your site for testing purposes.

We were not able to replicate the issue. However, I put recommendations in the support ticket.

    OK thanks Wayne.

Sorry about the delay. I haven't been able to recreate it but also do not have access to a Mac or Safari. I've asked a colleague to look at the issue on his Mac.

This is to prevent disruption and confusion to your end users.

We would need the username and password for that specific user to recreate the issue.
Any news on this Wayne Luke - we sent in the username and password a week ago via support ticket and haven't heard anything yet. Member keeps asking when he can change his password back from the temporary one.

That has nothing to do with the message you posted in your first post. That is what I was telling you to fix.

Otherwise, my suggestion is not to use Safari. We would need to know what the actually response is and I don't think Safari even makes that available.

I still get this message. I even get this message on other sites running vB5.
