  • login does not work on mobile

I try to access via mobile, the page is reloaded, and the user is not logged. In fact, the login form is shown again
    • no error is shown.

I made a change from non-www to www
    here are my settings

    .htaccess I added this code

    PHP Code:
    ### Begin - Redirect non-www to www

    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\. [NC]

    RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.%{HTTP_HOST}/$1 [R=301,L]
        ### End - Redirect non-www to www

    config.php

    PHP Code:
    $config['Misc']['baseurl'] = 'http://www.website.com'

    these are the admin settings

so I tried to put everything with the www and these are: the only settings I've made.

Why the spaces in the rewrite rule line? They shouldn't be there.

I have not experienced this with any other vBulletin 5 site. Without logins and access to the site we can't troubleshoot the issue. You'll need to purchase a support contract and open a ticket so we can look at your site.
