Thanks! This fixed it for me -
    Code:
    sudo apt-get install php7.4-curl
    (assuming you're running PHP 7.4)

It also fixed my SFS issue so maybe that was related too.

Funny thing is, we had human verification disabled before the update.
Please open a new topic for your issue so it can be investigated. The processes for Cloud and Download are completely different.

curl is already the newest version (7.58.0-2ubuntu3.9).

Not sure if it's related but I also had to enable-
    Stop Forum Spam No Response
If the Stop Forum Spam service fails to respond are new users to be allowed to register? Yes No
In order for new registrations to be successful. If not enabled they are rejected due to "....the admin has disabled new registrations"
This makes me wonder if the SFS functionality has problems also.
I checked my SFS API key against my SFS account and that is still listed and correct.

So for my site new registrations are only possible if, in effect, SFS is disabled and only either Image Verification or Q&A are used as HVM. Not sure how long this has been the case :-/

Just wanted to throw my hat into the ring on this one.

I checked my webserver firewall rules and they look ok? I haven't changed anything recently apart from applying the VB5 upgrades as they are released to production.

Most likely cause is a firewall change either on the server itself or in its network. We have no control over either of these and cannot revert any changes to your firewall(s). Only your server administrator can do that.

As above, it is something only your hosts can answer.

The error states that your server cannot reach or connect to the ReCaptcha server to pull information. You'll need to discuss this with your server administrator.

    Hello Everybody,

I'm getting the above error when I click on send in the Contact Us Form.
    I'm running vBulletin Version 5.3.3, php version: 5.6.32 & MySQL Version: 5.5.58

    I have this selected reCAPTCHA™ 2.0
I registered & copied the 2 keys (Private & Public) & installed keys.

Do you have any ideas what is causing this?
