There is no public moderators list, but they are viewable via the admincp.

For the second question, if you mean the navbar, if it's an internal URL you put the part after the forum path.

So for example, on this site, if you wanted to create a navbar link to the Who's Online page which is at https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/online, you would set the URL in the navbar manager to:

    online

No there's no ability to do this automatically.

You could create a custom page, call it /moderators or /staff or something, drag an html module onto it, and manually code your moderators into the page. This will require some basic html skills though.

Here's an example I knocked up on my demo site in literally three minutes:

          https://www.talknewsuk.com/staff

This uses two html modules, once for admins, one for moderators.

There is an old JIRA to add this here: http://tracker.vbulletin.com/browse/VBV-10929

It hasn't gained a lot of support among customers at this time.

ok so unless I write it in a html list, there is no option to do that automatically. Thanks for the answer

You could create your own widget with an api call to fetch the staff. It is possible as a widget.
