Could someone advise what the default settings are for the attachment type manager?

For images, the defaults are 1440 X 900 pixels and 900,000 bytes.
For non-images, the file size is 900,000 bytes.
These can be affected by values in PHP and MySQL (if not storing in the filesystem) as well.Translations provided by Google.
