    We just test it and found the reason, why user has "Merken" underneath edited posts. He use an addon in Firefox called 'Pin It' from Pinterest that causes this error. So my issue is solved.

    Me, too! It seems only one user has that.

    Maybe not. Maybe that are two different issues. But displayed template code inner html source code alarms me, even if as comment.

    I don't know, because default style is disabled for users. I dont think my changes produces that. I changed two templates for attachments in both of used styles for different attachment icons.

    1. bbcode_attachment_list
    2. contententry_panel_attachments_item

    I was quite careful. Think that causes no error like this.

    Looking at the code, the commented out section that you have wouldn't have this. However, if the template wasn't properly merged and edits were made then problems could happen. What happens when you revert the template in question?

    I can't recreate this on my test server or this server.

    Comment is in first topic.

    This is, what I see in source code:
    <!-- REPLY --> <div align="center"><span style="color:#FFFFFF">Merken</span></div><!--/vb:if--> <!-- /REPLY -->
    Did you mean that? (In-)Visible is "Merken" translated "Remember" centered underneath reply content.

    Attention on text color is white. Only seen in darker styles.

    I know. But that code shouldn't displayed inner html. Maybe it causes an error like my users enhanced text on editing replies? Because template not work properly now? Please ask for or think about that. User said, it causes since update to 5.3.3 yesterday.

    The code you posted above is HTML comments. The browser should completely ignore it.

    started a topic [Bug / Issue] Template-Code inner HTML sourcecode

    Template-Code inner HTML sourcecode

    One of my forum users told me, he has inexplicable centered text at the end of edited posts. So I began to search for a reason. I look into sourcecode and found parts of template code into.

    Code:
     <!-- REPLY --> <!--vb:if condition="!$conversation['unpublishdate'] OR $canPhysicallyDeletePost"--> <!-- /REPLY -->
    First I thought, it was my fault, because I've edited some templates. But then I saw same code in other vBulletin 5 forums sourcecode, e.g. this forum, too. So it seems an error into one template ( display_contenttype_threadview_header )

    Can someone confirm this?
