  • How can a Moderator Ban a User?

Hi, when a Moderator opens the MOD Tab, then it only allows the Moderator to search for a user, but it is not possible to BAN a user. With the Version 4 Forum it worked without any problems, but with version 5.3.1 that is currently installed, the option to Ban a User as a Moderator is missing. It would be nice if anyone has an advice.
Attached is a screenshot of what the MOD menue is showing

Update: Only the Admin User can BAN Users, how can I set that also the MOD User can Ban them?

It looks like that Moderator has many permissions. Review their permissions under Channel Management -> Moderator Permissions. There is a permission that allows banning users.

If that doesn't help, a workaround would be to use the infraction system. You can create an infraction that provides enough points to ban a user. The moderator can apply that infraction.
