If the video is the only content of the post, you can use the Link content type by clicking on the Link in the main editor window. It is on the upper right. Paste your video link there and it will be embedded.

What is the proper way to show a YouTube video on the VBulletin forums?
At times I paste the link, but it only shows as a link.
At times somehow I paste the link, and it shows the video.
I would always like to show the video rather than just a link, how can I do it?
