    Ciao? No accents?

    Can you run this query directly against your database using phpMyAdmin or whatever other tool you have available?

    Code:
    select count(nodeid) from searchtowords_c where wordid =(select wordid from words where word='ciao') AND is_title=1;

    We are using several combination, the shortest word we've tried is "ciao", which is very used in titles for presentation threads: ie, serching for this word in thread's titles of our presentation board, we would expect dozens and dozens of results, but we only receive nine.

    Search doesn't works!

    Hi everyone.
    We're experiencing serious issues with Search: threads that exist and that we can see in the boards are not found using the search engine (both simple and advanced, searching titles or all content, setting for user or not).
    Obiouvsly this is not a condition we can to sustain, since our forum contains over 125k topics and almost a million and a half posts.
    Since we got back online (a few weeks ago) we executed clear and rebuild search indexes three times, even from cli, without any change.
    We migrated from SMF to a vB 4.2.3 (patch level 2) and then upgraded to 5.2.5. "Search type" is DB.

    Any suggestion?
    Thanks in advance.
