vBulletin 5.2.5 "Empty Response" with quick reply & "Page builder" missing

After I've run the latest update my users are all getting "empty response" when they post something, though if you refresh the page you can see that the comment did post. I've looked at the console and there doesn't appear to be any errors.

Also my "page builder" is missing. I've tried changing themes, etc, there is no longer a page builder toggle at the top of the admin view.

Furthermore I'm still having problems with the "User Banning" page not paginating. I can view the first page, but the second, etc pages all link to an invalid URL.

I thought I could at least get rid of the first problem temporarily be disabling quick reply...but you've removed that option from the CP.

I'm starting to really regret moving from 3.x to 5.x.

Bump, seriously it's been over a month. Only been a customer for 11 year, nbd. I've confirmed with my host that this is not a mod_security issue as was mentioned in a previous threat. This popped up during this release.

This occurs on default the default theme and custom theme, no extensions or hooks are enabled

I changed my jQuery location from Google to Microsoft (per someone's suggestion) that too does not work.
