Site Builder is the toolbar at the top of the forum that admins see. Click 'Edit Site'.

Gardarika , you could put a global ad in the header using Sitebuilder > Edit (Header Ad HTML Module).
You could also put an Ad module using Sitebuilder anywhere on the page. Just drag and drop an Ad Module anywhere you want the ad to appear. Configure the ad and make it active and save the page. The ad is not global, it will only be visible on that page. You have to repeat in other pages if you want the same.
