    Could you post a screenshot of which page you were referring to? I'll adjust the CSS to fix it.

    Thanks so much Glenn You are a life saver!!

    This code works very well in both mobile and desktop browser. this really should be an option for users to pick in vbulletin 5

    Is there a way to allow users to upload bigger avatars that will work on desktop but also on mobile? maybe in the mobile browser it will display a smaller avatar than the desktop one.

    Try adding this CSS in css_additional template:

    Code:
    .js-post__content-wrapper {
        width: 100%;
        float: none;
        margin-left: 0;
        margin-right: 0;
    }
    .js-post__content-wrapper .b-post__arrow {
        top: -10px;
        left: 39px;
        border-bottom: 10px solid #FFFFFF;
        border-top: none;
        border-right: 6px solid transparent;
        border-left: 6px solid transparent;
    }
    .l-row .l-col__small--full {
        padding-left: 0;
        padding-right: 0;
        width: 100%;
        float: none;
        margin-left: 0;
        margin-right: 0;
    }
    .l-row .l-col__small--full .b-userinfo {
        text-align: left;
        padding: 10px;
    }
    .l-row .l-col__small--full .b-userinfo .b-avatar {
        margin-right: 5px;
    }
    .l-row .l-col__small--full .b-userinfo .b-userinfo__details {
        display: inline-block;
        vertical-align: top;
    }
    .l-row .l-col__small--full .b-userinfo .b-userinfo__details .b-meter,
    .l-row .l-col__small--full .b-userinfo .b-userinfo__details .b-userinfo__additional-info-block {
        margin-top: 5px;
    }
    .l-row .l-col__small--full .b-userinfo .b-userinfo__details .b-userinfo__icons {
        top: 10px;
        bottom: auto;
        left: auto;
        right: 10px;
    }
    This style is identical to the style when viewed on small screens.

    It isn't supported. There may be a template change on vBulletin.org though.

    But we have been using vb since 2004 and after upgraded to vb5 a lot of my members are asking for the horizontal postbit back. so they can use bigger avatar too. Bigger avatar would be really great feature for vb5. it will attract more activity in the forums.

    I doubt that the horizontal postbit will be added back....it was removed because hardly anyone actually used it, despite it being set as the default in vB3. Everyone always turned it off.
    It actually makes posts difficult to read...the eye cannot scan down the page because the userinfo block spans the page and acts as a block.

    Thanks for the info. Hopefully you will enable that option again in the future version vb5.

    Top style postbit look better and saves more space I think. When viewing vb5 on mobile device it's top style postbit.

    There is only legacy postbit in vB5. That is what is used on this site, there is no other option.

    There is a modification on vBulletin.org that gives you the other 'top' style that was available in vB3 and vB4. Don't know if it still works in 5.2.2, and we cannot provide support for modifications.
