Failed to Upgrade from 5.2.0 to 5.2.1

  • Failed to Upgrade from 5.2.0 to 5.2.1

    Hi,

    I has Upload all 5.2.1 files., I ran /install/upgrade.php And all has going well, but in 66% of progress, I have this error
    • Processing XML
    • Step 1 - Import latest options
    • Importing vbulletin-settings.xml
    • Import Done
    • XML Error: Not well-formed (invalid token) en la línea 1

    Status: Aborted

    And all be aborted.

    Please I need to fix this problem because now my forum are throwing Errors.

    Refresh the page and see if it carries on.
    If it still throws the error, download a fresh copy of the package from the members area, and upload this to the server, taking care to overwrite what is already there. Then run the upgrade script again.

      Fresh Download ?

      I has download 1 hour ago, and I submit all and rewrite all.

      Sorry but doesn't work.

        And what if part of that download is corrupted?

        There is a reason that we suggest this. Corrupted files can be quite common with downloads. Downloading a fresh copy will eliminate that.

        It *does* work because otherwise we'd have had hundreds of customers reporting the same issue when they upgrade, so there is something wrong here.
