  • Opening private forum.

I would like to open a private forum for BOD members only while keeping our regular forum open to the public. Is this possible?

If you mean a completely separate installation, that involved buying a separate license - you can only run one instance of vBulletin per license, regardless of it being private. (Exception being test installations which are permitted if kept behind .htaccess or similar protection).

What Iggy said in post #2 OR use the social groups "private group" which is an excellent alternative and also the easiest in my opinion.
