    Hi everyone, I've been working with Tech Support and my web host and a solution has been found. I thought I would post the results up here in case others have the same issue.

    I had my web host make changes to suhosin as per a link earlier in this thread, they did not work however my web host made a change to my custom php.ini file and added the below code which appears to have fixed the problem.
    ==
    suhosin.cookie.disallow_nul = Off
    suhosin.get.disallow_nul = Off
    suhosin.post.disallow_nul = Off
    suhosin.request.disallow_nul = Off
    ==

    Hope others find this helpful.

    Matt

    To troubleshoot this further, we are going to need a support ticket, so we can gain access to your server.

    http://www.vbulletin.com/go/techsupport.

    We will need:

    AdminCP credentials
    FTP access
    A link back to this thread for reference

    Hi Mark, done all that and sorted that issue.

    Still no luck working out the log in issues though.

    Hi Glenn,

    I tried editing the code from the link you posted, im not sure what im doing wrong but when I edit and save and try and load the forum I get the page cannot be displayed page in IE.

    Here is the code from my htaccess file as it is currently. I edited as described in your link but it isn't working, not sure what im missing, like I said i'm very much a novice when it comes to this stuff.

    # Main Redirect
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !\.(gif|jpg|jpeg|png|css)$
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
    RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php?routestring=$1 [L,QSA]

    Ok, so in trying a few different things to see what would work I changed the file name of where cookies were saved to /forum/ and now I cant log into adminCP and I am stuck logged in to to the main page.

    I am absolutely lost.

    I've cleared the System Cache in the AdminCP. I've cleared cookies in my browser. Is there a section within the AdminCP to clear cookies aswell? If there is I cannot find it.

    I've sorted the logo issue, not sure what happened there.

    Glenn how do I redirect non-www to www in the htaccess file? Is there code I need to add?

    I appreciate the help, im slowly learning the code but it's very foreign to me at the moment.

    Thanks guys, I've tried clearing the cookies and using different browsers to load the page without much luck, i'll give another go. I'm also logging in using the www

    The site can be accessed with and without www. And the configured URLs in AdminCP use www. Make sure that you're logging in with www and not without. Better yet, non-www should be redirected to www in htaccess to avoid duplicate URLs.

    That's definitely a cookie issue. I would venture mismatched prefixes.

    Delete all your cookies for the site and clear your browser cache. I've had similar issues and that solved it. Hopefully it will for you too.
