Adding custom field

Do we have a way to add in a custom field under the number of posts ?
The field would only be editable by admins and can be seen by every users

thanks , from that posts, the custom field is editable by the users ? i want the the field to be editable by admins only.
can it be done ?

There's a setting in the User Profile Field Manager in AdminCP called "Field Editable by User - Yes/No/Only at registration"

Thanks for the reply . maybe i didnt do it right , i will try again and report whatever issues i have .
and i found a bug that allows the users to change the post data on the client side .
