At this point you should raise a support ticket:

You need to allow more time.

Staff work in multiple time zones, some are only part time, and ALL will have existing tickets and issues that they are dealing with.
We cannot simply drop what we are doing to answer your (or anybody's) ticket.Someone will get to you in due course.

Please do not keep bumping the thread, it will not make any difference as all tickets are dealt with strictly in order of most recent reply.
And definitely don't bump the ticket, due to the above all you will do is push it further down the queue.

I tried with new old fresh database , to install so I was installed vb 5.2 succesfully , after I removed all tabels from db and imported my backup , and I got this issue on importing :

              PHP Code:
              INSERT INTO `filedata` (`filedataid`, `userid`, `dateline`, `filedata`, `filesize`, `filehash`, `extension`, `refcount`, `width`, `height`, `publicview`) VALUES

It will take until someone is free and your ticket is next in the queue. We cannot possibly predict that timescale.

You cannot import an old database into a new one.

I don't understand why you're messing with the database. You're going to break your site, and if you break it this way, we won't be able to fix it.

Please wait for assistance via your ticket.

Do you have a backup of your database from BEFORE you tried to upgrade?

If so....create a new blank database, import this backup into it, set the credentials in /core/includes/config.php to match the NEW database, make sure your files are 5.2.0, and then run the upgrade script.

It is redirecting to install.php. That means that the database it is connecting to doesn't have any data present.
