  • Hooks page is giving error after clicking on "Manage Hooks"

When I click "Manage Hooks" from AdminCP I get this error:
"That action could not be completed. Please try again, and if this occurs again please contact the system administrator and tell them how you got this message."

Manage Product and List extensions options are working fine.

    How to fix this?

Do you have mod_security or suhosin on your server? Is there anything in your error_logs (if you don't know where they are, ask your host) when this happens?

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

I confirmed with host, don't have mod_security or suhosin on my server.

Error_logs is showing "[Mon Jan 11 00:26:30 2016] [error] [client xxx.x.xx.xx] script not found or unable to stat: /home/xxxxx/xxxxxx/index.php"

          Lynne

          - I tried to resolve the issue by completely disabling mod_security. This did not resolve the issue.
          - I tried with multiple PHP versions. This did not resolve the issue.
          - I tried with multiple php.ini file modifications. This did not resolve the issue.
