Critical error after copy of site
I have copied my site to another IP to use as a test site. Have done this many times no problem.
Now I ge a critical error, We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please check back in 24 hours.
I have read other posts about it and reloaded all files and also checked the config.php in both ./ and ./core/includes.
The problem is still there and now i dont know what to try as next step.
Thankful for any hints.

update my test forum all went ok without prob no error after about 30 minute went back to the forum
I get this error can't go in anymore any one got any idea?

I just uploaded the new files to my live site. I upgraded my test site earlier today, that seems to have gone OK.
On the live site now when I try to access mysite.com/core/install/upgrade.php...Thu 26 Mar '15, 2:41pm -

- Does the issue occur in a default style? Yes
- Does the issue occur using the English language provided?
