So i tried the proedure as described and change the http to https in site urls
upon saving i lost admin panel
i then did;
back > change back ; no use
edit .htaccess to allow...

Your Common Installation Issues portion of the vBulletin manual suggests that the Site URL setting under Settings -> Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details has /core at the end of it. ...Sun 18 May '14, 6:54pm
