    problem in notification page

    Hello,
    i have some problem in notification page:
    1. no titles for notification.
    2. i can't delete notification.
    3. the side is down.

    Do you have any customized stylesheets in your style? Please revert them. Also make sure you run the upgrade steps in upgrade.php
