User titles and ranks

I'm VERY new to this, but it seems that there are log entries there for May. Is there any particular task that I should be looking for?

Are your scheduled tasks running? You can check them under Statistics and Logs -> Scheduled Task Log. When is the last time one ran?

I have to manually update User Titles and Ranks (in the Maintenance section) to keep them up to date. Should these update automatically, and if so, how do I set that. Thank you.
