  • Question about amount of theads in each category and amout pages. How to change?

Hello, i have questions about our site http://8adf16eaea56-001668.vbulletin.net/ (Russian). Login is ФАРШ.инфо (Russian). Emai is [email protected].
For two days i've sent my questions on emails: [email protected] and [email protected], but i have no answer! Why?
    My problems are:
I see only 10 threads in each category. Look at my screeshot №1. I can't to find in settings how to change this amount per category.
    look at this http://www.farsh.info/forum/main-forum

Also i can't to find in settings how to change amount of displayed pages in each category. I see only 20. How i can to change this amount? 50,100 or indefinitely..? (my screeshot №2)

    Version 5.1.6

You can change these things in the frontend via Site Builder by editing the settings of the Channel Display Module. Log in as an admin, go to the page you show in your screenshots, click on 'Edit Site [On] > Edit Page > Edit Channel Display Module [the pencil icon]' and look for 'Topics Results Per Page' and 'Topics Max Pages'. Change these values to whatever you want.

When you submit a ticket, you should get an email back from us with a link to click to actually submit it. You can also submit a ticket by logging into the Customer Area and clicking to submit a ticket - https://members.vbulletin.com/member...ontactform.php

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

How can i get email back from you "with a link to click to actually submit it", if i send my questions by email?
I see support email here http://www.vbulletin.com/en/contacts/
I didn't find any forms to feedback from you.
Also, when i try to sign in here - https://www.vbulletin.com/en/customer/account/login/, my email/password are wrong. Which email and password need to enter? I enter my email, on which is registered my forum and my account on this forum (email is the same) and password of my account on this forum. It is right or not?

The Customer Account login information is completely different from your login information for this forum. You should have received the Customer Account login information when you purchased the vbulletin software.
