Some users getting Critical Error when they reach the site, others not.

4. Any Addons installed None

7. Error message on the screen: critical error we are currently experiencing technical difficulties. please check back in 24 hours.

They get this error on any page they try to access. Different IP's, cookies cleared, computers that have never visited the page before.

I have had them trace the site ip and it resolves back to the same IP that I resolve back to. It's definitely a VB error and not a site error.

You have to temporarily enable debug mode to see the actual error message.

Eff me.. it's my fault. I tried moving the message alert to the nav bar and if users weren't logged in it through the error. D'oh. Thanks for your help, Glenn.

That's a known issue in AdminCP.

I didn't know that it also happens on the frontend.

Yeah I had the same problem with the AdminCP that's why I was so confused. I undid the edit I made to the message alert and it works fine again. I would have never known it broke something because I was logged in from all the computers I use.
