Facebook login button showing up randomly

I have noticed that the Facebook login button is showing up randomly on
http://granturismo.pl/forum/

and all other pages/sections ex:
http://granturismo.pl/forum/forum/g%...4czy%C4%87-gry
http://granturismo.pl/forum/forum/g%...%C4%85ce-forum

but it doesn't show up on:
http://www.granturismo.pl/forum/index.php

Is there a fix for that?
I have also noticed that he styling is not balanced - its going beyond the login box

Does the same thing occur with a default style and the shoutbox addon disabled?
