Users being logged out while posting threads - "Human Verification Needed"

I had a user (and myself) have experienced this as well. During the posting of a thread, the user hit post when finished with the thread and was prompted with an ERROR message that read human verification needed. The user was forced to log out and back in again and repost.

I have been logged out too as admin several times, with "remember me" checked, and the cookies inactivity setting at the default 900 Seconds.

Anyone else running into this and/or know of a solution? I tried searching but didn't see this issue.

Are you using Cloudflare? Or round-robin load balancing?
