beta 26 sitemap still not working

In the release notes there is a fix for the sitemaps verry important for our forums. But i still get an error

That's not the same error as in the Bug that was fixed. What path do you have set for the Sitemap directory in AdminCP?

Sitemaps will not run in Beta 26

In the XML Sitemap options, no matter what I use for the sitemap file path, or what permission I give the directory, the files will not be manually generated.

I tried several different directories, each time confirmed by the options. However when the generator runs, it complains that the directory the sitemap files are to be written into is not writable.

There is an issue logged in about this. You must specify an absolute path actually, relative paths are not working yet.

We did set a absolute path..

That removes the error message from the XML Sitemaps option page, but the maps will still not generate.

You will need to report this as a Bug in that case - please include details of your server setup etc also so this can be addressed quicker
