  • Trying to generate RSS feed for forum, getting this error: 'XML Error: not well-formed (invalid toke

I'm trying to generate a feed for my forum, so that I can include it on my blog homepage as recent posts.

All the documentation and forum posts I can find say that I include /external.php?type=RSS2&forumids=1 at the end of my forum to generate the feed. I've also read that I need to go into the RSS Feed Manager and set this up, which I have, which generated the error listed in the title.

    The full URL is http://expertphotography.com/forum/f...SS2&forumids=2

During my initial installation, I think I may have listed that there would be more than one forum, hence the extra forum in the URL. (If anyone can tell me how to undo this, that would be great).

http://expertphotography.com/forum/ is the folder that vb5 is installed.
http://expertphotography.com/forum/forum is the overview for the different forums (my forum, comments, main forum)
http://expertphotography.com/forum/forum/forums is where you can see my 6 different sub forums.

So my question is, where do I get my feed information from, and how do I get it to work?

    Thanks

I don't think RSS feeds are fully implemented in vB5 as yet.

      No.... they arent working.

i have tried but get errors, and now an error trying to remove.

Hopefully they will come online in the near future.
