What is the best way to speed up VB5 on a VPS on OVH host (https://us.ovh.com/us/cgi-bin/newOrd...c&model=model3)
It's a cheap VPS, and I was wondering what can be done to improve the performance on such hosts?
Currently we are running CentOS and my forum is: http://granturismo.pl/vb5/ please feel free to browse it and let me know whether the current speed is okay, or is it possible to do any better?

The vB team told me they support nginx, so I switched to that from Lighttpd. I haven't heard back from them since Saturday, so I come to you.

I was able to write a simple CMS in php with a mysql backend with more features in one day. You should just delete VB5 and close your company. Your software has become an embarrassment to forum administrators...Tue 8 Oct '13, 1:22am
