  • Recaptcha is broken on registration page.

I have tried replicating multiple times on multiple browsers, and confirmed Recaptcha is broken on registration page.
Public and private key was absolutely correct.
It still returns an error message, "The string you entered for the image verification did not match what was displayed."

Can you look into it, please?

It is working for me at this time (December 18th, 2012 at 9:12 am PST). Could have been an issue with Google's Recaptcha servers.

I have to confess, I cannot get through it.

I find ReCaptcha notoriously tricky but, having tried numerous times when it's come up with easy words, I can't get through this one.

I've deleted the key, and recreated a new public/private key from scratch.
I've entered that value and tried registering again, but it did not work.

"The string you entered for the image verification did not match what was displayed." will be the error message, even if you click complete sign up. That's why I would like your advice if you know how to fix this issue.

reCaptcha is broken on registration page. It doesn't work on my page, too. The keys are okay, but it always returns the message: "The string you entered for the image verification did not match what was displayed." So there is an error by using vb5 and recaptcha.

Anyone reported it in the Tracker with steps to reproduce?
                        Vote for:

                        - *Admin Settable Paid Subscription Reminder Timeframe*
                        -
*PM - Add ability to reply to originator only*
                        - Add Admin ability to auto-subscribe users to specific channel(s)
                        - "Quick Route" Interface...

I don't think so. My english is to bad. Try ro enable reCaptcha. Doesn't work. Maybe a simple interface problem. Drop a variable or something.
