Make sure you set the proper mime-type under Attachments -> Attachment Manager. Edit your image type and update the mime-type. With the low amount of information in the opening post, there is no way we can tell you what to put there. There are many types of images.

Hi all,
When somebody upload a image (jpg for example) how attachment, then publish, the images are not load, only broken link.
If you try to check in the Console of Google Chrome you can see the follow message:
