I have had the same problem, through site builder/ header/ site logo. Mine is a Gif file and it is smaller than what the error asks for.
It just didn't let me do it.
I had to go in and change the max width size in css and it went in then.Leave a comment:

Logo.png error
when I try to upload a transparent logo.png it fails the size is 200x200 I can upload a .jpg of the same size but its not what I want... ?
